Breakdown of cast, props, setting, location report for magazine

My pictures I will take for my magazine will relate to my target audience, they will be bright, flowery to attract the younger audience.

For my front cover picture I will take for my music magazine will be the picture of my friend in quite revelling clothing and make it look like she is famous by looking confident. Her makeup will be bright colours to make her face stand out and look fashionable. I will take different types of photos so I can have a selection of what to pick from. Some of the props I will use will be an iPod to show it is a music magazine, a big flower to show it is for the younger age to make it look pretty, vintage sunglasses to make it look a fashionable magazine. The setting and the location will be with a plain white background to show the image can blend onto the page nicely and to make it look professional and look like she is a proper model and in a proper studio is also makes it look simple and not too much and to make the person stand out more with no background.

For my contents page I will add more pictures of different people to show a variety and show both the topics of fashion and music. The location and setting could still be with a plain background to make the pictures stand out however there could be some with a different background with young girls laughing such as a snowy background to show fun and happiness. The props they will use won’t matter as much as the front cover but I doubt I will use any props and just show people having fun with their friends or serious modelling pictures to show the fashion side again.

For my 2 page spread feature article I will take some pictures of a group of girls looking like a girl band, they will dress formal and going out clothes to show they are serious, I will get them to wear near the same colour clothing to make it look serious and not messy. I will take some serious modelling picture of them posing like a girl group and like the girl band ‘the Saturdays’ and I will take some of them laughing together to show they are close friends. This will be for the interview about them. The setting and location will be in a normal room with them being normal to show they aren’t big and are normal people trying to get a music career.
